•  Payment mode: we accept cash payments,bank draft or direct payment into our bank account .

•  Privacy policy: we respect our customers' privacy. We do not release information on our customers or mailing list subscribers.

•  Shipping : Most orders are processed within the same working day upon receipt. All post within Australia is by Australian post or courier.

•  Return and exchange policy : You are advised to choose carefully as no refund is given simply for change of mind. However, upon receipt of the products, please ensure that you check carefully. We accept defective returns within the manufacturer's warranties period if sold by us.

Exchange of goods: Should you receive the wrong product or if you find it defective, you must notify us immediately and we shall do our best to satisfy your purchase by exchange. If the goods prove to be defective in material and workmanship during the warranty period, there is a replacement warranty. Replacement products may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components. We reserve the right to replace any defective goods with a similar product of equal or superior performance. The warranty covers only to the original retail purchaser

Return of goods: All return of goods must be made to us in the original and saleable condition within seven (7) days from date of delivery. All items for return must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RAN) and return is accepted subject to subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

All returns/exchange of goods must be in the original factory condition and must include all accessories, packing materials inserts, manual warranty cards (not filled out) the original packing box. Shipment of returns must be prepaid as we do not accept COD returns. No returns will be accepted if it is sent back in its original packing only meaning they must be in their original box inside the packing box.

•  Warranty

The manufacturer warrants its goods including parts and labour to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of retail purchase. of the product.

•  Limitation to warranty: The warranty does not cover:

•  products on which the serial number is mismatched with the serial number on the warranty card

•  damage deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

•  abuse tampering accident, misuse, neglect, fire, lightning or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with product

•  damage of product due to transportation by purchaser

•  normal wear and tear

•  any other causes which do not relate to product defect

•  Any service charges related to installation or removal of product
